How can I request an individual quotation?
Contact the Dr. Koko Vietnam international patient team to begin your assessment and request a written quotation. The final treatment plan is confirmed after an in-person consultation with the surgeon.
What is included in my quotation?
Ask for a written breakdown of what is included and excluded, including any applicable medical, facility and follow-up costs. Confirm any separate charges before accepting the quotation or making a payment.
Are hotel accommodation and airport transfers included?
Hotel accommodation is not always included. Ask the international patient team to confirm accommodation and airport transfer arrangements, including any separate charges, in writing.
Payment and booking
What are the deposit, cancellation and refund terms?
Request the written terms before paying. Confirm whether a deposit is required, when payments are due, and what happens if you cancel, reschedule or cannot proceed with surgery.
Which payment methods can I use?
Ask the international patient team to confirm the currently accepted payment methods, payment currency and any applicable charges before making a payment.
