Why Isn't There One Fixed Price?

Because the same procedure name can mean very different surgery.

Take rhinoplasty.

One patient may want a small change to the tip. Another may need bridge augmentation, tip reconstruction and nostril correction. A revision patient may have an existing implant, scar tissue and structural problems from previous surgery.

Calling all three simply “rhinoplasty” does not make them the same operation.

The same applies to breast surgery, tummy tuck, facelift, liposuction and other procedures.

That is why we assess the patient first and quote the treatment that is actually being proposed.

Your rhinoplasty quotation can depend on what needs to be changed.

This may include the bridge, tip, nostrils or structural support.

Previous surgery also matters. Revision rhinoplasty may require a different approach because of scar tissue, an existing implant, previous cartilage removal or changes to the nasal structure.

The surgeon needs to consider your breast width, chest dimensions, existing breast tissue, desired fullness, implant dimensions and surgical plan.
