Yes. You can begin with a free online consultation at Dr. Koko Vietnam, with no obligation to book surgery.
The consultation helps you discuss your goals and understand the next steps for assessment. Every patient and case is different, so treatment suitability, technique and an individual quotation depend on consultation and assessment.
How do I start a consultation?
Send a WhatsApp message to our international patient team at +62 822 6186 9396. Tell us which procedure you are considering and what you would like to improve.
Our team will explain which photos and relevant information to send and help arrange your consultation. You can also submit an inquiry through the website contact form.
What should I prepare before the consultation?
Prepare clear photos of the area you would like assessed and a short description of your concerns and goals.
Please also share relevant information, including:
Your age and general health.
Medical conditions, allergies, medications and supplements.
Previous surgery or treatment in the same area.
Relevant reports or previous procedure details, if available.
Your preferred travel dates, if you have them.
For rhinoplasty, the team may request front, left-side, right-side and underside views. Take photos in good lighting without filters, keeping your hair away from your face.
Reference photos are optional. They can help explain your preferences, but they do not mean the same result can be achieved.
Who reviews my photos and provides medical recommendations?
Our international patient team collects your information and coordinates the assessment with the surgeon.
Medical assessment and treatment recommendations are the surgeon’s responsibility. The support team helps communicate the next steps and arrange any further consultation needed.
Can an online consultation confirm that I am suitable for surgery?
An online consultation provides an initial assessment. Photos and medical information are useful, but they cannot replace an in-person examination or required pre-operative checks.
Your surgeon will confirm whether the proposed procedure is appropriate after further assessment. The recommended technique or treatment plan may change following examination or test results.
How soon will I receive a response?
Response times depend on the information needed, the surgeon’s availability and the complexity of your case.
Our team will explain the next steps after receiving your inquiry. Additional photos, medical reports or a video consultation may be requested before an initial recommendation can be provided.
What will my initial treatment plan include?
Following assessment, you can discuss the proposed procedure, possible technique, relevant risks, alternatives and recovery considerations with your surgeon.
An individual quotation is provided based on the proposed treatment plan. Ask the team to explain what is included and any additional costs that may apply before making a booking.
The initial plan remains subject to in-person assessment and any required pre-operative checks.

Should I book my flights before the consultation?
Start your consultation before making travel arrangements. Discuss your proposed treatment, appointment availability and the time you may need in Vietnam with the team first.
Your required stay and fitness to fly depend on the procedure, your health and recovery. A proposed surgery date does not replace the medical assessment required before proceeding.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Contact our team as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment or proposed surgery date. Rescheduling depends on availability.
Before paying a deposit, request the written booking, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms. These terms determine how any changes to your booking or deposit will be handled.
