Dr. Koko Vietnam provides consultations for body-contouring procedures for international patients in Ho Chi Minh City.
Treatment planning depends on your anatomy, skin condition, body proportions, previous surgery, medical history and treatment goals. A procedure that is appropriate for one patient may not be appropriate for another.

Liposuction and VASER Liposuction
Liposuction removes selected areas of excess fat and may be considered for areas such as the abdomen, waist, arms, thighs or back.
Treatment areas and technique must be determined after assessment.
Tummy Tuck
Tummy tuck surgery addresses excess abdominal skin and may include abdominal muscle repair when appropriate.
Tummy tuck and liposuction address different concerns. Liposuction removes selected fat, while a tummy tuck addresses excess skin and may address abdominal muscle separation when appropriate. The surgeon determines suitability after assessment.
Brazilian Butt Lift / Fat Transfer
Selected patients may be assessed for fat transfer using their own harvested fat. Fat is removed from appropriate donor areas, prepared and transferred according to the individual surgical plan.
Suitability, donor areas, transfer volume and expected shape must be assessed individually. Results and retained volume vary.
Body Contouring
Body-contouring planning may involve one procedure or a combination of procedures depending on loose skin, localized fat, tissue condition and body proportions.
Combination surgery is not appropriate for every patient.
Mommy Makeover
“Mommy makeover” is not one standard operation. It may involve selected breast and body procedures depending on the patient’s anatomy, health and treatment goals.
Treatment planning is individual and cannot guarantee restoration of a pre-pregnancy body.
