Is the online consultation free?
Yes. You can start with a free online consultation, with no obligation to book surgery.
Online assessment is preliminary. An in-person examination and any required pre-operative checks are necessary before surgery can proceed.
What information should I send?
Send clear, unfiltered photos of the area you would like assessed and describe the changes you hope to achieve.
Include your age, relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications and previous procedures. For rhinoplasty, front, left-side, right-side and underside views may be requested. Relevant medical reports can also help with assessment.
Who assesses my photos?
Our international patient team collects your information and coordinates review by the surgeon.
The surgeon provides medical assessment and treatment recommendations. Additional photos, reports or a consultation may be needed before a proposed plan can be discussed.
How is my treatment plan decided?
Your surgeon considers your goals, anatomy, medical history and assessment findings.
The consultation covers the proposed approach, limitations, risks, alternatives and recovery requirements. A preliminary plan may change after an in-person examination or further checks.
Which type of anaesthesia will I need?
The anaesthesia plan depends on your procedure, health and medical assessment. Options may include local anaesthesia, sedation or general anaesthesia.
Your medical team will explain the proposed option, who will administer it and the monitoring and recovery arrangements relevant to your case.
Can I combine procedures?
Combining procedures may be appropriate for some patients, but it is not suitable for everyone.
Your surgeon considers the extent of surgery, anaesthesia time, medical risks and recovery demands. Separate operations may be recommended instead. Combining procedures does not automatically mean an easier or shorter recovery.
How should I prepare for surgery?
Follow the personalised preparation instructions provided by your medical team. These cover fasting, medication, smoking or nicotine use, alcohol and any required checks.
Do not stop prescribed medication or change a dose yourself. Report any new illness, symptoms or medication changes before surgery.
When should I arrive in Vietnam?
Your arrival schedule should allow time for an in-person consultation, required checks and preparation before surgery.
The team will coordinate the proposed appointments with you. The time needed depends on your case, so arrange travel after discussing the schedule and allow flexibility for changes.
Are airport transfers and accommodation included?
They are not automatically included for every patient.
Your individual quotation and booking arrangements specify any included services. Transfer availability, accommodation assistance and additional charges are confirmed before you agree to them.
What happens on surgery day?
The medical team checks your readiness for surgery, reviews the planned procedure and completes the necessary preparation and consent process.
Your surgeon addresses remaining treatment questions, with anaesthesia assessment where applicable. Surgery may be postponed if a health concern or preparation issue needs to be resolved.
Will I need to stay overnight?
This depends on your procedure, anaesthesia, health and recovery after surgery.
The anticipated arrangements are discussed before treatment. Your medical team decides when discharge is appropriate and whether additional observation is needed.
How long does recovery take?
Recovery varies by procedure and patient. Returning to daily activities, settling of swelling and final healing happen at different stages.
Your surgeon will explain the anticipated course for your treatment and assess your progress at follow-up. An early change in appearance does not mean healing is complete.
When can I return to work or exercise?
This depends on the procedure, your recovery and the physical demands of your work or activity.
Follow your surgeon’s instructions on movement, lifting, exercise and returning to work. Resume activities gradually and obtain medical clearance when required.
How long should I stay in Vietnam, and when can I fly home?
Your stay needs to allow for recovery and the follow-up your surgeon recommends.
Fitness to fly depends on your procedure, health, healing and flight duration. Surgery and prolonged travel can increase blood-clot risk. Your surgeon’s assessment and any airline medical-clearance requirements guide your departure plans.
What happens after I return home?
Follow the discharge instructions and follow-up plan provided for your treatment. Our international patient team helps coordinate communication about recovery concerns.
Some concerns require an in-person assessment by a local medical professional. For severe symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing or heavy bleeding, seek urgent medical care rather than waiting for a WhatsApp response.
When will I see my final results?
The timing depends on the procedure and your healing. Swelling and tissue changes can continue after you feel ready to resume daily activities.
Your surgeon will explain when your result can reasonably be assessed. Results vary, and a particular appearance or outcome cannot be guaranteed.
Are surgical results permanent?
Results can change with ageing, weight changes, pregnancy and other factors. Further treatment may be needed over time.
Breast implants are not lifetime devices. Non-surgical treatments may also require repeat treatment, depending on the product, procedure and individual response.
How much will my treatment cost?
An individual quotation is provided after consultation and assessment.
Every patient and case is different. The quotation depends on the proposed procedure, technique and treatment requirements. Included services and any additional costs should be clearly explained before booking.
How do payments and deposits work?
After assessment, the team provides the deposit amount, payment instructions and booking terms for your proposed treatment.

Are my photos and treatment details private?
Your photos, medical information and treatment details are treated as confidential patient information. Relevant information may be accessed by the medical team and authorised staff involved in your care and coordination.
Will my before and after photos be published?
Public or promotional use requires separate, explicit permission. Sending consultation photos does not mean you agree to marketing use.
You can decline optional marketing photography. Clinical photographs may still be needed for assessment or medical documentation; their purpose should be explained before they are taken.
