Ergonomix2 is the newer generation in the Ergonomix family.

It maintains the concept of natural movement but introduces updated technologies including Motiva SuperSilicones®, TrueMonobloc+®, BluSeal+® and ProgressiveGel Ultima®.

According to Motiva, Ergonomix2 is designed to be even softer than Ergonomix and to provide greater flexibility and adaptability.

The biggest difference is not simply the shape of the implant. It is the technology used in the implant's shell, gel and overall structure.

Motiva describes Ergonomix2 as softer than Ergonomix.

It integrates the implant shell and filling gel into a cohesive structure while increasing flexibility and adaptability.

This is one of the technological differences between Ergonomix and Ergonomix2.

What Is BluSeal+?

Motiva implants use a lightly tinted barrier layer that allows the surgeon to visually inspect the integrity of the implant before insertion.

Ergonomix uses BluSeal®, while Ergonomix2 incorporates the updated BluSeal+® system.

Does Ergonomix2 Mean a Smaller Scar?

Not automatically.

Because Ergonomix2 is designed to be more flexible and compressible, Motiva states that it can facilitate insertion through smaller incisions when used with appropriate minimally invasive techniques.

But incision length depends on several factors, including implant size, anatomy, surgical technique and surgeon assessment.

A particular scar size should never be guaranteed before individual surgical planning.

Is Ergonomix2 Better Than Ergonomix?

Not necessarily for every patient.
